How an Army Aspirant got rejected due to Gynecomastia detected in his Medical Exam

If an applicant exhibits grade 2 or above gynecomastia during the medical assessment.
The candidate is instructed to remove his gynecomastia by the medical board.
The degree and severity of gynecomastia determine the point of rejection or selection. A qualified candidate should not have gynecomastia, but if they do, the Medical Board will decide what to do next.

Gynecomastia is a condition that Military Medical Standards consider unfit; whether it is temporary or permanent will be determined by Medical Boards.
Wax (EARS), DNS, and hyrocele/phimosis should not be present in the candidate. Poor colour vision, LASIK surgery, being overweight or underweight, having a small chest, piles, gynecomastia, tonsillitis, veri-cocele, and HIV/AIDS.
Treatment will be beneficial if a medical condition is the root of your gynecomastia. And if a medication you’re taking has caused a change in your breast size, you’ll see an improvement once you stop using it or switch to a different medication. Giving up alcohol and any illegal drugs is also very crucial.
